I only received half of my order...

I paid for 2 day shipping, only to get an email stating it would be delayed because the part would be coming from the MFG. I called and was put on hold for 30 min, then I hung up because I was sick of listening to your annoying music loop. I would not recommend anyone purchase anything from you.

I ordered a 49.00 part and payed for 2nd day shipping only to be told to part will be in more than 2 days. Never again will I do business with..

Haven't received my product yet but initial experience is not good. Shipping pricing is absolutely outrageous compared to competitors. Paid $37 for a very small part, cost over $16 for the cheapest shipping option. Also, a full 24 hours later the part has not been put in the mail...

You sold me the wrong part, told me to send it back for a credit, then declined my credit because it was a Cummins part! Seriously?! You're crooks!!! Your reply to my initial review stated a cursed and called you crooks. How untrue. At that time I had no idea you weren't going to take the part back. I'll eat the part you sold me, but buyers beware.....they don't stand behind their products and the phone tech support is inferior.

Ordered cylinder head for my 6.7l cummins and they didn't give the freight company my phone number to contact me. So I drove 50 miles to pick it up. Then put it on and is leaking around the freeze plugs on the exhaust side. Plus there was a couple of freeze plugs missing I had to go buy some and put in it. What a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM CCP DIESEL.

I purchased some running boards for $577 about 4 days ago. That amount has already come out of my bank account. I get an email today saying that they are awaiting my payment of $696.22. I can’t quite understand the almost $120 price increase, but that is unacceptable. They will hear from me.

The absolute worst customer experience I've ever encountered. Early 2016 I ordered a "performance built" transmission and then shortly ordered additional parts for transfer case rebuild. Truck sat for 2 months waiting on parts even after multiple contacts, some never came. Transmission didn't make it one year with normal driving, no extreme loads and never abused, returned for repair and it has now been more than 3 months. More than a month they indicated it was ready to ship back, but for some reason they can't seem to ship it. I've now offered to come pick it up myself.
