Overall good experience, but unlike their ATA Carnets, the process is done via antiquated printed forms and back-and-forth communication instead of via an online tool/form. They always did respond quickly quickly to any questions that I had and provided documentation on time.

JL - Ah yes, it is unfortunate that the CPD process is still manual. The international authorities are working on an automated version so hopefully the process will become more automated in the future. Thank you for your feedback and you business. Leslie August
