However, as outlined in our shipping and customs policy, the clearance of goods through customs is ultimately beyond our direct control. When we dispatch orders, we provide all standard documentation required for international shipping, and we have successfully shipped numerous orders to Taiwan without similar issues. Customs policies and procedures vary by country, and sometimes customs authorities require additional information or documentation from the recipient. While we strive to assist our customers in these situations, there are instances where we cannot provide specific documentation required by a foreign customs agency.
