Your order was for the New ResMed AirSense 11 AutoSet CPAP Machine with Humidifier and AirFit N30i Mask, not the AirFit P30i. The N30i uses nasal cushions that sit under the nose, whereas the P30i uses nasal pillows that fit slightly inside the nostrils. The P30i pillows are a different mask system and are not interchangeable with the N30i.Regarding the tubing, as stated on the product page under “Included In Complete Package,” this package comes with standard (non-heated) tubing. The ClimateLine heated tubing is an optional accessory and is not included unless specifically listed or purchased separately.The humidifier side cover (used when operating the machine without a humidifier) is also a separate accessory and is not included with the standard AirSense 11 package. At this time, we do not carry this accessory.As for the power adapter, the device includes a U.S.-style plug by default, which is clearly stated on our website. The power supply itself accepts 100–240V AC, making it compatible worldwide, but a local travel adapter or power cable is required for use in countries such as Switzerland. As stated on our website and product page, we sell U.S. machines, and for non-U.S. customers, MyAir wireless monitoring is available only in the U.S. and Canada, while SD-card reporting works worldwide. Most CPAP machines are designed to operate on 100–240V, so you’ll only need a plug adaptor to use your device safely in Australia.
