It isn't often that one has the pleasure of doing business with a company as honest and customer-centered, with a staff as well trained as CPAP My Way. I was replacing an old malfunctioning machine and didn't have the benefit of a recent doctor's prescription. I mistakenly ordered a CPAP instead of a BIPAP. Lily patiently walked me through the clinical settings menu and explained each function so that even I was able to understand them. If patience is a virtue, Lily is an exceptionally virtuous lady.
