I was waiting to board a 1:30 PM flight from LA to Raleigh and realized that I had left my cpap mask at home. I searched for my mask, a Resperonics Dreamwear, and found it at cpapdirect.com. I placed my order for a next day delivery. It arrived via UPS at 9:30 AM at my destination. Outstanding service!!

After multiple phone calls and a lot of wait time, you sent the wrong products. It took a number of phone calls just to get a mailing label to return them. I’ve now changed my supply source to a local company. Whew!

Hi Lavon - when you get a chance, can you please send an email to our [email protected] account. Please include the full name you used on your order (or order #). I'd like to bump this to our General Manager so he can do a bit of research to see what happened. Most likely he will reach out to you to try and make things right, as this is highly unusual.
