Easy to order on-line. Delivery was fast & all items shipped together! I realized after receiving that I had ordered the incorrect tubing. I ordered the correct tubing & received that quickly as well. Printed out the return information, boxed the incorrect one in the box the correct tubing came in & shipped it back, stating I wanted a refund for the incorrect one. To my surprise, my account was credited within a week! Wonderful customer service. I will be ordering all cpap supplies from CPAPdirect.com from now on! Items ordered came just as promised and the needed parts to keep my cpap operating property, for another year. The instructions were clear enough for me to replace the parts on my own and continue using my instructment as needed.
