I ordered a mask that has the memory foam to see if it would be easier to use. the mask came and it would not fir my head gear..Same brand but not any good way to verify what it would fit.. SOOO I decided to order the entire headgear with the memory foam and i would have an extra mask. it looked like the correct so I ordered it. It came but with the wrong mask. No more ordering from online anymore.

I ordered a large Resmed F20 memory foam mask online. The mask was too big, it is slightly longer than the original F20 rubber mask. I thought that I had just thrown $65 out the window, but I received excellent customer service, they are sending me the medium mask while I work on a return. Very happy, will continue to use Cpapdirect!
