I ordered an additional battery for my SimplyGo Mini oxygen concentrator. This was an easy purchase using their website. The battery was delivered a day later than expected but was no fault of CPAP Direct as the snowstorms impacted deliveries. It was one additional day and that was no problem. My original battery was beginning to give me warning that no oxygen was flowing and to change concentrators. That battery was a little over two years old and I now will use as a backup only when necessary. Thanks CPAP Direct, will continue to order from your company going forward for my needs.

We was very impressed how quickly our order was processed within 2 days we received our So.Clean cpap sanitizer.My husband has been using this product for 2 wks.immediately he said his pressure was so much better.The air is so clean and fresh.like a fresh spring rain.and its so easy.no hastle.His quality of sleep has improved.l recommend this product to every one with a Cpap.

Miss led that the filters were needed for my new device . I bought them for 18$ Not needed. Bought the 2nd year of insurance because it was a good deal seeing that the filters that I didn’T need were free.i feel I got taken
