I am happy with the the socleanse machine I purchased it takes away the drudgery of cleaning my mask and hose. Clean fresh mask every time .Came when they said it would and very well.packaged.

Very nice equipment. Very rude and unhelpful staff on the phone. They are short with the customer, bothered by routine questions. They must not have effective accountability. Perhaps the company would do better with recored calls because they have great products, just takes a lot of patiece to work with different statt. They seem unhappy and like they dont like their job.
