Don't buy from Cozzyhomes. It took a month to receive a product that looks nothing like the picture. I ordered a quilt and got 2 bedsheets screen printed and sewn together. Customer service "Richard" refuses to give a full refund. Instead offering 30% refund and a coupon. I am working with Paypal now to try and get my $80 back. Richard, your website also says 100% satisfaction. I am 0% satisfied. Kindly refund my money in full.

I This is the trashiest bedding I have ever seen. They obviously screen printed and it looks very blurry with less detail. My bedding looks NOTHING like the picture. Not to mention they sent the wrong size. DO NOT order from here. You will be sorry. After Richard asked me to measure thee duvet and take a picture of the measuring tape beside it. So the company wants YOu the buyer to jump through hoops even though they know their product is crap!! Richard had not responded after I said I was not doing that. I have NO reason to lie. I am the one who got ripped off!!! If your king size duvet fits in your mailbox with room to spare you got screwed, if your duvet looks little ke Tetris exploded you got screwed, if your king size duvet only fits a full size bed you got screwed. I GOT SCREWED!

Bedding looks nothing like the picture I ordered from. Sizing and quality is poor. Patterns from duvet to shams does not match up. Customer service is a runaround😩

Not happy at all. Took over a month to recieve and I payed for express shipping. Was very unsatisfied with the material. I was expecting to but a comforter and ended up with material sawed together. In all I payed $95. All it included was 2 pillow cases and material sawed together. So not worth the money. I requested my money back the same day I received material not a comforter and they refuse to give me my money back. This company is a scam and I don't advise anyone to purchase from here. Way over priced. They only care about your money not you as a paying customer. Customers are what keep a business in business. Don't have a business if customers ain't happy. Never will buy from this site ever again. Complete waist of money. I could of did what they did for $20 apposed to the $95 I spent.

Tried to return an item NOT as pictured, and NOT as advertised. Was offered 20% refund. I declined, and told them I wanted a full refund. Again, they offered 20%. Told them I would reach out to BBB and PayPal... was then told they would issue a full refund, but I must pay to send it to address in Hong Kong! My package was sent to me from California. PayPal intervened. The company then said they would refund my money if I paid to send it to an address in Vietnam! I refused. PayPal ruled in my favor, when they saw the photo of the California postmark on the package I received. False, cheap, horrible product, and three different company addresses in three different countries! Hmmm.... something definitely wrong here. Thank you PayPal for helping! 😊

I didn’t receive what I ordered. I sent a picture of what I received. I still haven’t heard anything back about receiving the correct item nor a refund.. I waited over a month to receive my blanket.& for it not to be what I ordered super disappointed.

I ordered a blanket for my daughter's birthday a month early and even paid for express shipping and she still hasnt received her blanket.her birthday was in may and then when i asked to get my money refunded since she never received it they completely ignored me and still hasnt acknowledged that i asked for a refund

Cup is amazing however the lid broke after a couple of uses. Company said because i purchased over 1 month prior and they dont do refunds i am highly dissapointed
