Cozzy homes: Sharing my experience with u all cause u know I’m all about word of mouth and reviews and all that. I ordered Ronny a “QUILT” for his birthday.. I kept getting emails saying it’s on its way, it was very late- I received the blanket and realized, it’s a throw fleese.. which I didn’t order… the next day the QUILT shows up… I contact customer service thru email and he tells me I ORDERED IT! Lol 😂 umm… no sir it was a mistake… he says well too bad. Bro both blankets were $70!!!!!! And one is a throw like u buy at Walmart ($9) but with a cool design. Terrible customer service is the worst and the first thing that will make me not buy from ur company AND SPREAD THE NEWS OF MY EXPERIENCE ALSO. 🗣🗣🗣🗣 Side note the quilt is only 2 ply cotton it’s not a real quilt. Not $70 worth - but like I told him I was willing to pay that for the design- but I didn’t buy the other one, they Sent it, charged me and told me to suck it after.

First of all. This isn’t made in the USA. I didn’t know that until I got an international charge on my card. It took forever to receive the product. I’d never used a duvet before, but it’s basically just 2 sheets sewn together, with a zipper. The “shams” are nothing but pillowcases. The product looks nothing like the pic. It’s faded, & looks spray painted. I ordered a queen size, which is the exact size of a queen mattress with no hangover. Only a twin size comforter would fit in it. Wasted money.

DO NOT BUY. They do not send you the correct size. The quality is so bad. The images are blurry. They won't take your returns.

Cozy home is a scam company. Their products are flimsy and non returnable. Do NOT purchase Any! Products from this company!

I'd give Cozzyhomes zero stars if I could. I ordered a full sized duvet cover from them. It came and it was 70x77 inches. A full size should be 82x86. I tried to cancel my order the day after I placed it when I realized it was a China based company. The owner said if I wasn't satisfied, they'd issue a refund. That's a complete lie. The service rep Richard has been a nightmare to work with. He said he'd give me a 15% refund. I told him that's unacceptable and that was the last I heard. You'll see a lot of great reviews on their website-these are fake. It's likely the company fabricating positive experiences that couldn't have possibly ever actually happened. Do not buy from this company!

Do not order from this company. I was sent a second set of a duvet cover with shams and the size still is not correct. I ordered a queen size and it’s not even close to fitting. Very disappointing.

Do not order from this business, I ordered 2 sets of the same curtains took forever to get the order then when I did one set wasn’t even the match to the 2 sets I ordered, I contacted them sent pictures of them sent pictures of the labels sent pictures of the package tracking labels and their tracking info, problem still not resolved then they wanted me to take the wrong set curtains out of the package and take pictures of it, I said I’m done no more games! They Just kept giving me the run around and playing games, the correct set of curtains were suppose to be black out they were a thin flimsy material with silver plastic ugly grommets and of all things sewn with white thread on black material, sourly disappointed along with the loss of $107.00. I have never written a complaint review before so when I say take heed to the complaints on here over Cozzyhomes.com listen because they are true! Wish I would have looked at the reviews before ordering these cheap thrown together waste of money curtains that I ended up with only one set and another set of ugly mistake curtains and no help from Traci or Richard just run around! This business needs to be black listed from Amazon and any other online shopping server!

This was like a bait and switch sale. The picture shown and the product received were not the same in many ways. They would not let me return the product. I would shop elsewhere or you can kiss your money goodbye if it is not to your liking or as advertised.
