It’s been over 3-4 weeks I still haven’t received my order I’m highly disappointed I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone !!!!!

The only reason I gave 1 star is because you can't give 0. I bought 2 throws. Poorest quality I have ever seen. The picture you see is they are holding up a full size blanket with beautiful colors. When you finally receive it...no batting in between front and back or so little it's not noticeable. Material is super slick like a rain jacket. Horrible! They also don't want you to return, going back and forth through Paypal with them.

Cozzyhome is a scam. I ordered two sets of sheets. I got a message from some guy named R. Patrick that the order came through customs on August 4th. I asked yesterday August 19th about a update and his yes R. Patrick replied that I am not in there system. So it's a total rip off. And no one now is answering me after I gave them my order numbers. Dont buy anything from them. Just another criminal company.

I ordered a duvet and pillow cases with a print for over $60. I received my order 3 weeks after purchasing it when they said I would receive it in 10 business days. When I got it, the duvet was the exact size of my mattress with no hangover and the print looked AWFUL. It looked pixelated and fake. I am now in the process of trying to return it and they are being very difficult. They said since the item wasn’t damaged, they hope I’d keep it. On their website they said I can return within 30 days so I am trying to go through with the return. They sent me their address in HON KONG when I thought it was from CALIFORNIA because that’s where my tracking said it was from. They are not offering me a return label so I am going to have to pay that shipping myself. Very unhappy as a college student, $69 is a lot of money to me and I need that back.

Placed an order 1 month ago....nothing received. Scam company, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!.

SCAM, BE VERY CAREFUL, DONT BUY. I ordered an item, which in the picture included a comforter, I just got the sheets for more than $60. I waited more than 3 weeks to get it. I kept emailing them like 4 times to return it and get refunded. Finally, they replied said they cant accept returns cuz the number of employees are less due to covid. I said I'll document my experience as a review, they said okay send it back but to HONK KONG, even though the package arrived from California. I asked again, they said it's the warehouse in Cali. To send a package like this to Honk Kong it will cost a lot, which is sneaky way to force me to keep the product. Scammers!!

This company is not legit. Received curtains, described as blackout thermal curtains. By far not blackout or thermal. Tried to return, this is the response I received from customer service. "We're sorry to hear that you didn't like it but at this point, we are forced to leave some of our reception workers off for a period as the recent Corona outbreak has reached a critical level. Regards, so we are sorry that we cannot accept the customer to return the product to avoid losing the goods: (I hope you will understand". This is unacceptable for a legitimate company. Very sketchy business. BEWARE! This was over $350 this company took me for. Sad some companies can not be trusted.

I would like to give them no stars. I purchased a comforter for a queen size bed. I got it and it barely met the edges of my mattress. It was not a comforter but more like a blanket and did not look anything like the picture. Next they asked me to take pictures of the item and the original packaging. I did and emailed them to them. Next they asked me to measure the blanket. I did and emailed those to them. Next they wanted a picture of the tape measure showing in the picture. Enough is enough! It says they take returns. Then I got a an email saying it didn’t qualify for a refund but they would refund me 10% and issue me a 30% off coupon on another item. They can stuff the discounts up their butts. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!! Terrible customer service, poor quality and slow delivery!
