I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing a product from this company. THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM! They sent the wrong product and WILL NOT send me a refund! It's basically stealing. They stole my money. Then... THEY accused ME of going in and changing the product after it was ordered!!! Which is a total lie and I wouldn't even know how to do that. When I sent them a picture of what was being "shipped" and what I was sent, they still will not refund my money. I've never dealt with such terrible customer service or such an illegitimate company. I'm not sure how they're still in operation but they need to be shut down.

Terrible experience. It took nearly a month for my queen bedding set to arrive. When i opened it, the dimensions were more like a full size and there was only one pillow sham. After sending them 8 pictures including a measuring tape to document the dimensions, they said I received the correct item and needed even more pictures to address the missing pillow sham. Ridiculous. I'm out $80.

I really wished I researched before I bought the bedding set from this company. I only received a pillow case no comforter or sheets and it was $79.95. The company said I only ordered two pillow cases and one duvet and when I look at my order it only says bedding set so no proof really. But really though how is that worth $79.95. I’ll never buy online products again. Just not worth it.

Can I go lower than 1 star? Total RIP-off! Ordered a King comforter and a twin that match. After over a month I received a duvet the size of a baby crib! The 2nd did even come! Horrible purchase & even worse service. Total grift! Will report to my bank as fraud!

Scam. Beware!! Never received my order. This is the response I got after asking them for a tracking number. Doesn’t even make sense. Expensive lesson. Wish I had looked for these reviews first. Now I suspect why PayPal alerted me to someone trying to access my account shortly after I ordered from them. Hi We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused you . REPORT THIS COMPANY TO THE “Better Business Bureau”! That’s what we have to do, I’ve had a similar experience. The product was not as advertised. They refused to give me a refund even though the website states that you may receive a refund for as long as you have not used the product.

This is a scam company. We are the owners and Designers of FolkNFunky . They have stolen all our bedding images and had the nerve to even watermark them. We are the only ones with the master designs I dont even know how they could possibly sell a quality product without the master files. They have stolen the images from our website, our Wayfair store and Etsy. Because this is a Chinese based company we have no legal recourse. Buyers beware and know if the prices are cheap its not a real FolkNFunky product!
