I just want to thank everyone for giving advice because I was just about to make a very big purchase with these people. Thank God for reviews. I will not be by anything and I suggest that everyone else read the complaints about this company because it is ridiculous.

THIS COMPANY IS RATED -1 FOR ME...THIIS IS THE WORST COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!! THEY LIE, THEY REFUSE TO HELP YOU. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE CHEAP AND ARE NOT QUILTS. THEY ARE A RIP OFF. I ORDERED A KING, QUEEN AND A SINGLE. THEY SCREWED UP THE ORDER AND I CANCELED AND RE-ORDERED, THEY GOT THE RENEWED ORDER AND MESSED THAT UP. I CANCELED AGAIN AND THEY MESSED IT UP AGAIN. I CANCELED AGAIN AND DID NOT RE-ORDER. THEY NEVER CANCELED THE ORDERS AND THEY ARE BILLING ME FOR ALL OF THEM, SO I AM STUCK PAYING $812.00. THIS COMPANY IS COMMITTING FRAUD AND MISREPRESENTATION AND THEY ARE LIARS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ......EVER!!!!!!!

I ordered quilt on 9-2-2024. Finally rec'd on 10-1-2024. no where near what i expected. Ordered a king size, barely covers the top of my bed. Now that I want to return it, I read the return policy, they only give you a percentage of what you paid, and you have 7 days to return it. Cant get anyone to answer my email and can't find a phone number. BEWARE

Do not buy from Cozzyhomeswrong product, did not look like even close to picture, was not reversible as advertised. was not a quilt but lightweight throw

They advertise a patchwork quilt. A real 3D quilt with actual patches of different cloths. Some patches even lift up to further make the quilt pattern interesting and beautiful. Then they send you a picture of that quilt - not a quilt at all, a picture of one, printed on thin fabric. Total misrepresentation of products on this site. If they could get zero stars they would. Terrible misrepresented completely different from what you are told you are buying. And then they won't do anything about it. Do yourself a favor and NEVER order from them. Your money is gone, and you will be shocked and totally disappointed by the "product" they send you!

I ordered a quilt then noticed I was paying a LOT more than advertised with the shipping costs. I tried to cancel but their policy they claim, is that you must cancel within TWO HOURS. I then wrote to them asking questions and they responded with a "form letter" email that didn't address my question. It's now been about 10 days and they still won't confirm the order or tell me when I can expect delivery. No customer service at all exists here.

This company is a total ripoff! What you order is not what you get!
