Do NOT buy from this company. The pictures look beautiful but the items are of poor quality and size. When I tried to return my item I got the message "we are unable to support returns for orders without manufacturing issues" I wish I'd read the reviews before spending that much money on junk.

The marketing pictures are a far cry from the items they send. "90% cotton" is a 50/50 cotton-poly blend. The intricate quilt stitching depicted is actually a widely spaced machine stitch. I am donating these brand-new baby quilts to my church's rag sale. Perhaps someone has a dog.

Ya, a company that does not even list an address... Has many of the same pics as on Vantique (which has very LOW reviews on everything from product to Customer Service.) I'd not be surprised to find they are both the same people. That sure looks like scamming people with nice pictures and substandard products you can't return.

SCAM!!! I started to order a pillow cover but when I got to the total, it was off. They charged me a TIP !!! I could take it off and did so but decided to cancel the order. They charged me anyway - for $5.00 more than what the order was supposed to be. Wish I had used a credit card instead of PayPal but I didn't. Also wish I had read the reviews but again, I didn't.

Luckily I have not ordered anything but I had put 1 item in my cart to review for someone. But although I have 1 item it shows 2 items and the total is not what it should be. Apparently there is something hidden in the background to take more money from my account. I work in Ocean imports and although they state on thier website the product is made in the US, the timeline matches with being imported from China. Save your piece of mind don’t order from here. If you have might look into Filipino a lawsuit…

DONT ORDER FROM COZY HOMES! The policies are off—can only cancel an order within 2 hours of purchase, AND order might not come for essentially a month because of order processing and shipping. BEWARE! Scammers. I got a fraud alert from US bank and luckily their systems stopped the process.

Wow, this company is actually the worst. They are incredibly overpriced, they don’t offer returns or refunds, and the quilt is the cheapest quality I’ve ever seen. I was expecting a king sized, embroidered quilt and what I got was a MAYBE full sized throw with a cheaply printed design on it. It also smells freaking weird. Like really strong cheap laundry detergent. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!!
