Everything went great. The quality is excellent and probably would work if they would fit. I found out the my seats in the Motorhome are more chair like and since these are made for bucket seats they won’t fit. I’ve ask for a return.

Hello, we bought items from Cozy Winters, but the items never arrived. We never got them, and we asked Cozy Winters to make things right. We filed an official police report and gave needed information as well as talking to FedEx, and they all said to contact Cozy Winters the merchant because they could not resolve the issue. I would just want them to make things right because really, I never got my order and I had to talk to multiple people who said a replacement would be honored but then said that since FedEx gave proof of delivery that nothing would be done. I gave them several photos, and I would just like something to be done regarding this before I have to speak to third party impartial institutions regarding what can be done. Thanks for reading regarding this we dislike having to leave negative reviews but something must be done.

i received my heated chair cover & was really upset when it wouldn’t work any longer than 15-20 minutes at a time. Regardless of what setting it was on, it would heat up for a few minutes & then just stop working. The setting light was still lit on on the controller but no heat was on. I’d have to turn it off completely & then on again to get another 15-20 mins or so of heat…and repeat. So frustrating! I e-mailed the company explaining what was happening & with very little questions asked, they had shipped me a new one with their apologies! Wonderful! Their customer service was excellent & I waited for my second chair cover. The second cover arrived quickly & looked exactly like the other one but I hoped it just didn’t have the same weird heating quirk that the previous one did. Sadly, I plugged it in & immediately it did the exact same thing! I’m not sure how all I see are positive reviews because these are useless! Save your money!
