Easy to order…fast delivery

Everything went great. The quality is excellent and probably would work if they would fit. I found out the my seats in the Motorhome are more chair like and since these are made for bucket seats they won’t fit. I’ve ask for a return.

Hello, we bought items from Cozy Winters, but the items never arrived. We never got them, and we asked Cozy Winters to make things right. We filed an official police report and gave needed information as well as talking to FedEx, and they all said to contact Cozy Winters the merchant because they could not resolve the issue. I would just want them to make things right because really, I never got my order and I had to talk to multiple people who said a replacement would be honored but then said that since FedEx gave proof of delivery that nothing would be done. I gave them several photos, and I would just like something to be done regarding this before I have to speak to third party impartial institutions regarding what can be done. Thanks for reading regarding this we dislike having to leave negative reviews but something must be done.

I didn't realize shipping cost for an $18 part was $22 until after I placed the order. I tried to cancel it, but I couldn't. It was a small part that was shipped in a mailing envelope. Shipping cost is outrageous!

The product's (heated rug) reviews that were advertised were for every product imaginable. No reviews for the product that I wanted to buy. The web site was misleading regarding the ratings.

Replacing an older heated mattress pad that died. Installed and began using the new pad the same day. It had met my expectation so far. The only disappointment is when you turn it off the control for the heat setting goes back the lowest setting instead of the previous heating level.

Works as good or better than my prior heated boot bag which finally died! I love it.
