I ordered the beautiful Cozyorange Virgo tank top from zappos.com. I was so in love with the quality of the garments that I went directly to the cozyorange site to see what else they had. I purchased 3 items and received confirmation for 3 items and only received 2. I called the company and was told that someone would get in touch with me that day. Since I did not receive a call, I called back the next day. The representative told me that my missing item would be sent out right away and that I would receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number through email. After 2 days the weekend and the end of a 3rd day I did not receive the shipping confirmation. I made a 3rd call to them and was told, "Oh! Our distribution department informed us that the item is out of stock." The fact that I had to call them 3 times was unacceptable and when I expressed my disappointment with their quality of service, I was met with insincere condolences and a fake, "Have a nice day!" For that reason I cannot recommend their site.

Dear Cozy Orange, I love your name and your vibe! Your clothes are darling and I want to continue to be your customer. I am a 5 star giving gal and for me to give a 2 star rating is definitely out of the norm. As your customer I have felt like I am bothering you with my requests and that's a problem. Suggestions to make CO shopping experience better: 1.) include return address shipping label with order in case customer needs to return or exchange an item. If this isn't possible consider allowing customer to send items back to you with postage COD. 2.) consider 7 day grace period for sale price adjustments. If an item customer purchases goes on sale within 7 days and the customer notices and requests a price adjustment... CO will honor the sale price. Or if this policy won't work; perhaps CO offers $10 credit toward new purchase 3.) consider auto reply for email sent to Holler account (especially over holiday wknds) Thank you very much for listening to my suggestions as they are sent with great love and a desire to see you prosper and grow and be an amazing force for good on this planet.

Ordering was super easy... loved all of my items with the exception of one item. Emailed on Friday (5/1) to get a return label, yesterday (5/5) had not heard back via email so I called late in the afternoon was told customer service was closed, which is fine, left a message about needing a return label. Today (5/6) have not heard anything. All I would like is a return label to be emailed to me so I can return this one item. If you can help me with this that would be great!
