Cozy Glow StovesReviews of cozyglowstoves.com

Very good customer service. Always returned my phone calls promptly and very accommodating to any of my requests. Good company to work with!

Had what I needed! Thanks!

Very helpful I getting the part that I needed. All around very good to deal with. Highly recommended!

From first contact through the entire purchase the customer service was top notch! They offer competitive pricing with financing options available as well. Having a dealer close by for any warranty support provides added piece of mind. I am hoping this stove lasts me a long time, but I would definitely come back in the future!

Great customer service, good communication, trustworthy.

I recently purchased a Drolet Fireplace from Cozy Glow Stoves and cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive. We ran into some delivery issues that were completely out of their control, but the team jumped in immediately to help resolve the situation as quickly as possible. I was truly impressed by their promptness and their willingness to assist even though the fault wasn't theirs. Because I was so impressed with the service, I’ve already gone back to buy a screen, glass cleaner, and other accessories. If you’re looking for a company that actually cares about its customers and stands by its products, this is the one. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

Installer and associated Comfortbilt dealer were prompt on the installation (even during cold snowy weather).

Great price, on time shipping and delivery, and fantastic product. I'd look here for future purchases.
