I am unsure what to believe. I ordered on 6/12 i got updates on my tracking and today it said attempt to deliver was failed because no one was home, which is untrue. I also reviewed my cameras and i dont have any attempted deliveries. I shouldve known when the transaction was under something else. if my email goes unresponded i will be disputing in the morning . also i just looked up the website it no longer exsists.

Scam I brought a foam round chair for 15.00 bucks and never received it purchased on 6/13/26 and have not received anything on 6/19 I received and email saying package being held due to high shipment volume and still nothing. This is a scam! I brought from Tik Tok advertisement!!!!Never again!!!!

I have been waiting for my order since June 18 and they’re saying it finally made it through customs.. that’s way too long to be waiting for a package so I believe this is a scam. $15 but it was mine

This is another scam. I found it on TicTok and reported it to be a scam. I traced their website and it’s down. No one replied when I wrote them. Not it’s not working. I got the fake tracker. Says my package is in transit. This is the THIRD scam I fell for on TicTok. The other scams were Judy Blue Jeans. Lost $20. Lane Bryant. Lost $25. And I wrote tictok about them, that they were scams. My bank only refunded me $20. But that’s it. Last week, the Cozyhome website is down. I requested a refund through their website. No reply. I think TicTok should be held responsible for selling scammers ad space. But, no. They had a new scam for Sketcher's slip on shoes. I checked their stuff but it looks like another scammer. I’m tired of being scammed.

I ordered on 6/20 paid 22 something. Received tracking info and all is good. However- the tracking info gets updated weirdly. Like 2 days, then 4. Just vague updates. NEVER seen a delivery date, however during checkout it said 5-8 business days. I emailed help CS they responded saying it’s back in transit and it’s in step 11 out of 36 - whatever that means- I thought it was in transit and almost here. Well, I came across a video about these TikTok scams for these couches hers was they LUMEN. I was curious about Cozyahome so I come on here & see these. Well, I go to the website- ITS GONE! Oh & this purchase was my FIRST purchase with my card, it was brand new, it was on nothing besides this purchase. Then I get 2 random charges. One for 50 at a conviene store and a 30 dollar one for something else. Not to mention this charge said “Felham Auto Upgrade” ….ummmm I thought purchased a couch?! Well, trying to get it disputed. Very disappointed with this. Thought TikTok did better.

This is a scam. They send fake emails about tracking my shipping but no origin or shipping provider or any other details to make it legitimate. I also reported this company to the BBB as well as TikTok for allowing the scam to operate on their website. I’m filing a dispute with my bank to get my money back and I’m changing my card number. Such a stupid waste of my time because some jerk wanted to steal money

I order my furniture over 2 weeks ago they never sent a confirmation number I have been emailing customer support about my order they keep saying there is nothing to update the site says it take 5-7 days which is a lie I wanted to cancel my order they said I couldn’t do not order from this company
