It took six weeks for my back pack to… It took six weeks for my back pack to arrive. Opened the package and couldn’t believe how small the bag was. If you are ordering the waterproof commuter bag it is very small. Half the size it looks on the website. The zips are flimsy. Not anti theft proof at all. I bought this to be my day pack on the Comino pilgrimage walk. Now I need to get another one because it won’t even fit my water bottle in it 😫

I bought a product that didn't fit, and the company will not let me return the product even though I am willing to pay for shipping. And they will NOT refund my $$ even though their website guarantees 100 percent satisfaction. I have been dealing with the customer service for days and they have lied with nearly all their emails with me. First, they offered me to return the item, when I asked for the address to send the item to, they said they would compensate me 6 usd, then 8 usd, then 15 usd, then 17 usd. But never sent me information on where to return the product and refuses to return my $$

This is a fake organization. They aren't real. Ordered a product, never arrived, they have automated messages saying they did deliver with no proof. Customer service emails are the same response saying product is delayed. No customer service number. They stole my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT ORGANIZATION

Received my utterly POOR quality swimwear. TOTALLY DIFFERENT from what's advertised and promised. The material is SO thin. It isn't a swimwear at all. OMG, its not even the correct SIZE!! Im a Small and it fits XL! Of course the videos are convincing because they are from the original company. They just used those videos and pix to scam us all. Well done! I reached out to return the item. But of course, they would never process it. So, I learned the hard way. GOOGLE THE COMPANY BEFORE PURCHASE.
