I arrived at the site as a walk-in and was able to make an appointment online for about 30 min later (the nurse on-site was on break). Booking the appointment was straightforward and easy to do. All the interactions I had with the staff at the booth and the nurse were very clear and concise. I felt comfortable at the location. It took less than 5 mins and I received my results 2 days later! It was the ideal COVID testing experience.

Website is easy to navigate, the uploading of the insurance card was a little klunky, i tried taking screen shots of my card info on my health care provider app but it wouldn't let me upload. I had to find my physical card. I would image the info on the app is the same and pertinent. Apart from that the actual testing experience is quick and easy.

I feel good, After the test everything went ok I just need to make sure I don’t have the virus. Everyone was kind at the clinic and I like that, thank you very much.
