Bought used patio furniture that came with used heavy Covermate covers. They work great all year thru sun and snow and wind and rain....no muss, no fuss, toss em on and leave em. Bought another $750 custom set for a second patio set and foolishly thought I was getting the same quality and performance. Nope. First rainstorm leaked all over brand new $1900 cushions that are now permanently stained. Customer service tells us that this is normal;, we should use airbags and be careful to avoid pooling even on the arm folds, some.leakage is expected, the covers aren't waterproof, bring the cushions in if you need to, no refunds, no discount, not even a 'sorry our uber-expensive 7-year warranty stuff doesn't work for you, go pound sand'. See pics. I suggest thinking long and hard before ordering from this company. I don't know what happened but somehow between when our originals were made and today quality went down the tubes. Next time I'll use a $10 tarp.

Awesome experience with just the nicest folks. I had ordered a bbq cover from another company, and when I was notified it would not be delivered for 6 weeks, I had to move on as I live in snow country ! Coverstore not only had a better product, but it was significantly less expensive and was on my doorstep less than one week after ordering ! Coverstore gets an A++++++ from me !!!

We diligently followed the Coverstore's directions as to how to properly measure for their covers. Not only did the covers not fit properly, but they refused to return our money. In addition, the quality is very poor. My wife and I are not the kind of people that complain or are picky, but this company is really bad. Our friends also had a terrible experience with their products.

We have been longtime customers of the cover store. Making a purchase is easy, but successful filing for a warranty claim is impossible. After one year two of our chair covers became blemished. I attempted to clean them without any positive result. I went through their warranty process and they decided within 20 minutes that we had mold/mildew. These chair covers are defective but they would not accept that. They stayed with the mold/mildew argument, which was completely incorrect and based only upon their judgment of the pictures that I sent their warranty policy is a sham and protects only them. Not the customer. Do not use this company.

1 Star Very disappointed with Coverstore. I spent $474.10 on outdoor furniture covers specifically to protect my cushions from Florida rain. After a normal afternoon rain shower, my cushions underneath the covers were soaking wet. Coverstore told me the Elite fabric I purchased is their “entry level” fabric and that they recommend the more expensive Ultima fabric for my climate because it has stronger water resistance. I told them I was willing to pay the difference to upgrade my existing custom cover. They refused because it was already in production. Instead, they offered 40% off a completely NEW Ultima cover, meaning I would have to spend even more money. They also suggested bringing my cushions indoors and using an airbag to prevent pooling. Bringing cushions inside defeats the purpose of purchasing expensive outdoor covers. I asked for a reasonable adjustment on my existing purchase and never received an answer. For the price, I expected substantially better performance and customer service. I would not purchase from Coverstore again.

A mistake in order resulted in getting a 10 in x 3 in table cover instead of 10ft by 3 ft. They charged me $89 for a piece of cloth; not big enough to cover a large dinner plate. Considered a “special order” so no response to request for refund. They seem to be more interested in getting cash than running an ethical business. Avoid or be careful when ordering.

I understand the difference between waterproof and water resistant. These covers are not water resistant as claumed. After minimal rain over a 48 hour period the 5” cushions i have on my chair were soaked through, including the towel that i put on the seat. The company claims this is expected and within the parameters for the Ultima fabric and will not honor a warranty return. I also tried misting the covers lightly and thecwater soaked right through. I can send them back at my own expense however that is throwing good money after I already paid a premiun for what i expected as good quality. Ill use them as dust covers in the garage since that is all they would be good for.

I would not recommend buying from this company. Their warranty is a joke, and their products do not live up to the quality they advertise. I purchased one of their Prestige line covers, and it started fading within six months. When I contacted Coverstore about the issue, they refused to honor their warranty, which was extremely disappointing. If you’re looking for a company that stands behind its products, I’d recommend Seal Skin Covers instead. In my experience, they offer better quality and actually honor their warranties. Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service.
