Rich was very helpful and patient. He stayed on the line while we looked for information that was not at our fingertips. He was able to explain some of the complexities of the plans.

It was very useful to first discuss with Monique what kind of plans were available and what I wanted. Later, she sent the CoverRight link that had me create an account with email and password. I had to answer questions about plan specifics about what I wanted and list my doctors. Then after submitting it, it showed me seven plans where I could easily see the top plan for me, features, with all my selected doctors included in its network and those not in the network for each plan. This application also allows you to change/add doctors and update the results. When done, I bookmarked the results because I didn't see a Save link, so was able to go back the next day and continue the application.

The agent I worked with was patient and careful to make sure I understood the various options available to me in obtaining Medicare supplemental insurance. The insurance can be a bit confusing, and I am comfortable that my agent helped me make the correct choices for my needs.
