DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Had i read any of the reviews of this company, or the subsidiary, XCover, I would have NEVER stipulated travel insurance with them. I would leave a 0 star review if I could. I have two open claims with XCover (Cover Genius) since 17 and 18 December and there has been no progress on my claim. I have submitted and resubmitted the same invoices, medical certificates, proof of non-boarding and the company continues to delay payment of my claim. We were unable to travel because of a serious medical accident that occurred a few days prior to our departure. We purchased this travel insurance through Ryanair and I will never do so again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS because you will have paid for a NON-EXISTENT service. This is by far the worst insurance company I have dealt with. There is no contact email and no way to speak to a customer representative. I have submitted all insurance claims to a virtual black hole on the internet. I am extremely disappointed and angry and will pursue this matter with a financial and insurance ombudsman. My claim numbers are: UJXLD-UTFM8-INS FJM3M-JVB9N-INS

I agree with the other comments here. This is an insurance company to avoid. They are a sham company. If you ever have to make a claim, you will find out how poor they are and ofcourse you cant even phone anyone, everything is by email so that they can coveniently ignore you.

Beware of their insurance. Xcover claim, They don't reply to emails, non existent support, infinite claim progress, emails coming back because not working. It's not an insurance company, it's hell. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Users are invited to take legal action

First of the recruiters here have no understanding on the recruiting process on how a candidate should be chosen for an interview. Choosing a 20 year experienced person and then coming on a call with so called trainee recruiter to tell them upfont we can offer an x amount of salary which is sheer waste of recruiters time and also the candidate's time. Plus the recruiters are so unprofessional that they say during the interview that they had been laid off and just doing their job. Simple process improvement like mentioning the salary on the linkedin or asking expected salary would really save a lot of time.
