Although there was some initial confusion about if and when the original claim had been submitted, the subsequent response was prompt and helpful. The advice was useful and friendly and once re submitted the claim was paid within 4-5 days. The process was logical and straightforward. We will be using Rental Cover again soon! Can definitely recommend them!
