This company uses the name Xcover as its delivery platform. Do not use them. This is a scam. I paid premium for ticket cover to event. Unable to attend I submitted claim. This was in July and I'm still waiting for payment. My claim was approved but still nothing from them. Do not use this company or Xcover. They are scam companies!!!!!!!!!

I can’t image any reputable company risking their reputation by “embedding” this companies insurance in their “ protection” offerings. Maybe it’s their shared revenues. Kind of a kick back scheme because there is plenty of shared revenue because they have rigged their systems so they pay few claims. Either through loopholes, submission technical issues or lack of customer service they manage to not give out reimbursement to most insurance buyers. The genius is they fleece the public and make major profits.

Bait and switch company!!! This company is a true bait and switch company. They make it look like its so easy to make a claim and that they cover everything. But when it comes time to make a claim they bring out the fine print and deny everything. My flight was eventually cancelled but according to their fine print it wasnt cancelled long enough to qualify. What kind of crap is that!!! DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP INSURANCE!!!! They are getting rich off of stupid people like me. You have been warned!!! Now they will reply with "sorry but we couldn't find your case"

My mother was hospitalized but very stable. I bought a tickets to Vegas to enjoy a weekend with my family. One day after I bought the ticket and 3 weeks before my trip, my mother's health detereorated and she went to the ICU. First thing that came on my mind was to cancel my trip. XCOVER denied my claim. I bought it as a trip cancelation insurance. I felt robbed, ripped off, deceived, stupid and very mad at the same time. How can something like this be legal? This is ridiculous!! It is a scam from Australia, managed by Cover Genius, created to take your money and find any possible way to deny all claims. This type of behavior makes me understand why Brian Thompson was assassinated in New York. The world would be a much better place without some people in it. Stay wasy from Xcover and Covergenius. They just want to take your money. Crooks. After my review, Cover Genius reply below, I reached out again and I had my claim declined again. As I said in the first place, DENY EVERYTHING POLICY. Unbelievable!!!

This is my second post, their reply to my first post is pretty much like their reply to all the other complaints they receive, looks like AI induced replies, they may well be a profit making organisation but absolutely hopeless with customer service, as a successful family business we would not be associated with this organisation and suggest serious thought be given if they treat insured like this.

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided for my claim 4MQYY-CJ44V-INS. Despite a 116-minute rail delay confirmed by the carrier, XCover is using restrictive interpretations to deny my 'Missed Departure' benefit. Waiting for over 90 days for a partial settlement is unacceptable for a company claiming to be a leader in Insurtech. I have formally requested a Deadlock Letter and I am escalating to the Financial Ombudsman and IVASS. "Update: They sent a standard email asking for 45 more days to investigate a claim opened in January. Total delay so far: 90+ days. Unacceptable. Escalating to IVASS and Ombudsman immediately."
