Overall good experience

Was a little hesitant but covercy proved to be a good choice as a transaction tool. Process was easy and money got transfered even faster than indicated. Would suggest to make the status update more accurate and timely, apart for that all was great.

Great customer service. Easy to use interface. Time for transferring the funds to the end account could be quicker. Hope you can improve on that.

I used Covercy to transfer funds from Israel to Sweden. The service worked well, and the fee was much lower than the bank. There are still some fairly minor bugs with the Covercy website, and I hope the folks at Covercy will clear them up soon. Bottom line: I am happy to recommend Covercy to anyone who wants to transfer funds within the countries they service.

I had to contact support several times

Transaction is easy and simple and you know in advance the exact input and output amount. Transaction was a bit slower than we expected (3 days) and I think an app would be a big improvement.
