slow response but great service in total

Transcation was easy and went smoothly. Not as fast as I thought it will be.

After comparing between other money transfer tube and Covercy I found that Coversy is the most efficient and money saver service out thare, the only drawback is the customer service which I think should be much more available and informative especially on first time transferring of large money amount.

A great way to transfer money abroad without paying too high fees. The screens were mostly intuitive and had explanations but could have had a few more here and there. E.g. explaining more about the different ID options for private/business, and preferable in "every-day" English.

It would help if we will receive a document that confirms the transaction after each funds delivery.

I had to transfer money for my son in Colombia and used his fiancee account. This made transfer more difficult but the team did what needed to keep regulations in a pleasant way. Covercy team also helped when I found out that the recipient account is limited in incoming sum. Regarding the saving compare to bank transfer, it is significant but not as stated in the transaction (I made comparison in the bank). The response to emails varies between 2 hours and days but phone response is good. My overall experience was positive although it took longer than expected.

Reliable service! Cheaper than transferring money through the bank. Would have been even better if it was a little faster!
