I recently wrote a very bad review because of a very bad and frustrating experience I had. Since then, Covercy has been trying to help me resolve my issue in a very fast and professional matter. Very nice people and good service. Hoping my bad experience was just a one off. And like I said in my previous review, their service works great and I was always pleased with it when I was using it.

Great solution, can really save time and money. Some things in the UI don't work, such as upload attachment. Support response is slow (if you expect for a quick transfer, you expect support to contact you within few hours on working days) But the overall experience was positive and I will definitely use this service next time.

Overall a very good and simple product that gets you what you need, and for a low price. The only issue is that the transfer is cumbersome and requires a lot of manual steps, like contacting support and providing a lot more documents than I have thought. I took a little more than I expected to the transfer to complete.
