Good, but a bit slow.

Excellent service, I was sceptical at first, but it works perfectly, the use is perfectly safe! The fee is the lowest on the market, but the currency change is still a bit high.. Still much better then a bank transfer overseas Well recommended.

If you're not Israeli, you may experience some issues confirming your identity. That was a problem for me given I had a deadline for the transfer. All in all, everything had worked out. The customer service was always in touch and willing to help. Thank you Tamar!

First time user, very impressed except for the style and tone of letters

Very useful service and worked flawlessly. I used Covercy to transfer funds from my personal account in Israel to a business in Europe. The cost seems very fair and even if it's similar to what a bank would charge, the convenience is worth it. My only caveat is that it was impossible to get in touch with the company in real time to ask support-related questions. They don't publish their phone number and their online chat was not available over a period of a few days. (As things turned out I made do without speaking to support, but I was surprised that when I wanted support, it wasn't available.)

It takes a while to sort out the initial stage, but goes very fast at the end. All in all, better than the banks and cheaper than paypal above a certain amount.

Very clear and prompt service. Although took bit more time than expected.
