Simple to use. I know the amount I sent, I know the amount I received. no hidden fees and no bullsh*t. - to get the customer service by phone is another thing. you are not available guys and it seems like you don't have enough personnel. Please improve and please compete with the big companies in terms of rates because everything else was really super positive.
