BEWARE - Covercy does not even deserve one star - terrible service, several attempts at a transfer that should have succeeded on first attempt. Subsequently after several additional mistakes I received money back into my account only to see over 1,500 shekel less. I am currently investigating this - Covercy received all the adequate information for this transfer to succeed the first time. Worse than the money lost is the valuable time and effort trying to get the transfer through.

locked in my rates, transferred the funds immediately, got a call today after 3 days that rates have changed, and now I can choose to lose money or to get my money back into my bank account and forfeit the transfer, this is absolutely rubbish service. avoid at all cost!! will never use it again.

Few times they hold the money with them for over 3-4 days before making the transfer. I had 2 deals that got cancelled due to their slow transfer and response. I have missed up on investments as they did not respect the deadline Will never use them again

Do not use covercy. Use Transferwise Its a much better service. I have used covercy for several transactions. Every time I transfer money with convercy they give me a hard time. No other money transfer service, banks or otherwise in the world, gives such a hard time and I use many other services without hassle. Even when you answer all their questions, they still delay transfer. Their service has damaged my business, causing delays and costing valuable time and money. My accountant warned me not to use this service again and I didn't listen. My mistake.Their obsession in protecting themselves with the authorities, is totally exagerated and arrogant, and beyond all legal requirements of any other bank or transfer service. It is a total invasion of privacy and extremely humiliating. I personally will never use convercy again and I strongly recommend everyone not to use this service. This message will be going up on every social media site I can possible find. 👎1 out of 5 stars

I sent 11,000 CAD (31,200 Shekels) to my wife on May 14, 10 days later they said its completed and she received it, she didn't and they told us to wait few days. we checked and there was nothing in her bank. they sent us a document that shows the bank rejected it, but we checked with the bank and they didn't. Covercy won't help you to solve it, they say maybe the details are wrong, we checked and its all correct. they didn't want to help us find what the problem is, we were lost, asked to cancel the transfer. after few days they sent us the money, only that the stole (in a very tricky way) 1,100 shekels from the transfer. so i lost 1.100 shekels and wasted 3 weeks.

Dont trust them , wasting time, and didnot transfer my money ,after a week then charge me £5 and refund my money !!! just wasting

I had a small problem, I just had to know how to issue some document they requested. I tried to contact their customer service to get some help, then my awful experience began. The service was terrible. They were completely unreachable on phone (why do you publish a number if no one is there to answer?) I couldn't get a simple explanation for how to solve the problem, the answers I've finally managed to get was completely incorrect and actually was contradicting each other. No one bothered to explain what happens next and for a long time, I couldn't even know that my money is safe! The issue was finally solved only after I contacted my broker that happened to know someone that works there. No need to mention that no compensation was given. This was some minor issue that only makes me think, what if it was a bigger one? what if I didn't have this kind of personal connection?

Very bad costumer service. Had to chase after them for a week only to discover the transfer was canceled at the end. Also - you can't cancel transfers by yourself if you make any typo or mistake.
