I explained what my issue was and he took care of it. This was far beyond what I expected from any company. This is the one-on-one service that we've been missing lately with AI taking over most companies. it was really nice to see that there was a personal touch that got involved with my order. easy to find items. It seems like the cover is going to take into account the windshield and rear case (unlike other sites that are "one size fits most", although my windshield is pretty tall, so we'll see. I thought it was very easy to compare products
