I ordered a specific car cover for my car - a lightweight UV protector cover. After I placed my order, the company canceled the order and substituted a different type of cover - one that I specifically did not want because it was much more bulky than the one that I ordered. No communication was offered that allowed me to cancel this order if they could not fulfill the actual order that I wanted.

I'm going to make this short and simple. I made an order 6-13-2026 for a motorcycle cover that it said was in stock. I get an email today 6-16-2026 saying that the item I ordered was out of stock it wouldn't be here until late July when I receive my order. I go back to the website type in the information that I typed in to get the cover, and it says that the cover is in stock and will ship in three business days. So I took a picture of it and now I want a refund and I will never use this website again. if the website would not have not been deceiving, I would have never made the purchase.

This has been my worst experience ever first you you guys send me msg a week after i order my car cover that your out of supplies and then i still have to watie another week to two weeks to get my order and im still wating .never again will I order from Cover Anything again or never will I recommend you too my family and friends. Still wating for my order????

Buyer beware: Their '100% Satisfaction Guarantee' is a trap. I ordered a WeatherFit Platinum cover for $152.55. It turned out to be incredibly flimsy and a massive hassle to unfold and put on the car. When I immediately initiated a return within their 30-day window, they hit me with a $39 return shipping fee and a $30.51 restocking fee. They are keeping nearly half my money ($69.51) just for me to look at a product that didn't work. Terrible customer service and completely misleading policies.

Got the Platinum ATV cover. Four months later the material is degrading and flaking off causing water to get through. Contacted customer support and it turns out the "10 year warranty" just gives you a discount to buy another cover. Don't purchase these covers they are made out of inadequate materials that don't last.

Had a change in situation after I ordered a replacement cover for a classic truck, so looked into a return. I expected the 20% restocking fee, but they also had a high return shipping fee. When I suggested I can reject the shipment, they said "...the 20% restocking fee and return shipping cost still apply regardless of how the item makes its way back to us." While I see it as unusual to have to do many returns, except the occasional for cause, the practice of saying you will pay the shipping fee no matter what is telling. You basically end up losing near half the price on a return on a product. They offered me 12% back as an alternative, which I ended up taking and giving the cover away as compared to them getting back near 50% and still being able to resell a new, unopened cover. I lost $142. I would suggest their return policy is poor. On the CoverAnything reply--------------------- I expected a 20% restocking fee, as documented on your website, not a "return shipping cost still apply regardless of how the item makes its way back to us" as you said in one email. So apparently something closer to a 50% restocking fee would be a more appropriate reference to cover your noted costs? It is not abnormal (unless an individual is abusive of it) to refuse a shipment but then have to pay a restocking fee. Response: Not abnormal at all—it's actually a pretty common "life hack" people use to avoid return shipping fees.] It goes on to say the restocking fees may apply. I chose the $19.39 back alternative on a $161.55 cover and gave away the cover, as at least that would leave a good impression with the buyer of my truck as compared to losing ~50% for unopened cover you can resell. There was no satisfactory resolution in my mind, as there appears to have been in yours. On the latest CoverAnything Reply——— I reviewed the low star reviews of this company after writing my original review and found similar situations regarding returns from others for a variety of reasons. A restocking fee and return shipping is appropriate, assuming the latter has no undisclosed fees outside of shipping. In my case, they said I’d have to pay what was designated as a shipping fee, which was notably higher than the restocking fee in addition to restocking, no matter how the unopened item made its way back to them (if I chose the return option). That is, as I understood it, whether I rejected the FedEx or paid a carrier directly, their shipping fee still applied. As mentioned above, I took the only other option offered and hopefully the new truck owner was left with a better impression of their transaction than mine with this company.

First of all, they market their car covers as "7 layers" and that they will protect your car from small to medium sized hail. Maybe it's 7-ply? But it's one layer of cloth. Zero hail protection. The "no hassle" returns are also a big hassle. I sent my cover back April 13, it is now April 29 and I have not heard a thing about my refund, which could be as little as $128.00 of a $208 purchase. The 24/7 phone support merely refers you to email, and good luck. I'm not having anything but my time and money wasted with these crooks UPDATE- SPECIFY What mid size hail is in your advertising then. You didn't exactly defend your product to me, you changed the subject and told me I needed a structure for XL hail. Yes I got $128.00 back from a $208.00 purchase today, after I left this review. Your cloth is a mere car cover, not a hail protector, and it appears to be one layer thick. Your advertising is deceptive, your refund policy is ridiculous, $39 standard ship back, and another $40 for what? I sent you bacxk a perfecrtly unused and clean car cover. It was sent to me in a box that was bursting at the seams, and i was unable to use that box to ship it back. You don't have any phone support, period. You are full of it. UPDATE -I have been offered a full refund, I think, but only if I agree to take down this review. I'm tired of these bullies, you should know how they treat people. Even when they offered the refund they said this, " we are willing to refund your funds once the inaccurate reviews are removed and treat this as "water under the bridge." At the end of the day, it doesn't benefit either of us to spend this much time and emotion on a car cover." I stand behind every fact I presented in this review, and the "emotion" is called anger. I hope they enjoy the money they took from me, they are still claiming that a regular car cover offers hail protection. They still claim to have 24/7 phone support, another boldface lie. They don't want you to know that they have a punitive return policy, in which they arbitrarily subtract $80 from your return.

The web site for Cover anything I requested a cover for my 2026 Yamaha Tracer 9. Clicked on with windscreen and bags. Web page stated a perfect fit. When the cover arrived it would not fit motorcycle with bags on and almost didn't cover with the bags removed. Was asked to send pictures multiple times. Sent cover back for refund and was charged for shipping because it was a fitment issue. Would not recommend this company
