Total fraud. The clothes look nothing like the pictures or videos. Feels completely AI-generated and misleading. Cheap fabric, terrible finishing, no material labels, no quality control. These pieces are worth 5 euros at most. Do not get fooled by the marketing.

I placed an order with them a few weeks ago. The order has yet to be shipped. I went back to their website and saw that the dress that I ordered had a significant price change. I contacted them via email (there is no live support chat on their page, which they claim there is). I asked for a price adjustment and told them that if they can't provide one, since the order hasn't shipped, I'd like a full refund. In their response, they claim they are busy, and the price drop was a system error, and they 'apologize and appreciate my understanding'. As of today, the dress is still listed at the lower price of $79 on their website, and it hasn't shipped, nor have I received a refund. I'm glad I paid through PayPal. Note* To whoever is leaving paid positive reviews for Coveclover, your actions are reprehensible. Supporting a business that engages in deceptive practices like price manipulation and non-delivery of orders while failing to provide adequate customer support is unethical. It's unacceptable to defraud hardworking individuals of their hard-earned money.

J'attends toujours le 2éme article (commannde passée il y a 4 mois) La vitrine est attrayante, oui, mais ne vous faites pas avoir comme moi. Nous sommes le 16 juin le reste de ma commande ne m'a toujours pas été livré Nous sommes le 30 juin, je relance le magasin.
