Do not buy from this company. Their products are terribly quality and overpriced, and it is obvious they know this. I tried to submit a return after paying $70 for a dress that did not at all meet the quality shown in the pictures (I should have known, as they were AI pictures). When I requested a return based on the mismatch from the pictures they said that reason didn’t meet their return policy and they would not grant me a return. Upon asking what part of the return policy it did not meet, I received no reply. From all evidence, it seems this company is just trying to squeeze as much money as possible out of the customer with no regard for their satisfaction or wellbeing.

I ordered beautiful maxi yellow dress and it’s not at all as on the picture/ video on the official site. The color is between yellow and orange. The size is too big(xs) and the quality of material is bad. Design is completely different from the one presented in the video.

La calidad es muy baja, parece un disfraz de carnaval. Me parece un engaño la publicidad que hacéis. Las fotos de la web ofrecen un producto bien hecho y de calidad pero nada que ver con la realidad. El producto recibido no se parece a la imagen, parece generada con IA y es engañoso, un fraude. La tela es de muy mala calidad, los acabados pésimos y no lleva ni etiquetas, por no hablar del embalaje, llegö todo arrugado hecho una porquería. No compréis aquí si no queréis tirar vuestro dinero a la basura.

The worst of the worst, delivery took over 6 months for half of my order which when I tried to communicate they had said standard shipping time was 4-6 business days . They said they didn’t have some of the things in stock . Which website didn’t state I was preordering as I would have planned accordingly. Fast forward… 6 and half weeks later it has arrived well partially , I am horrified. The material is shitty as it can get it irritating the skin not at all the material stated nor what’s showed in the pictures. The finishes are horrible completely poorly done . The size completely off this is a shitty company . In customer transparency, false advertising and complete scam .

It has now been 30 days since I placed my order, and I still have not received my item. During this time, I have repeatedly contacted customer service and have only received explanations and promises that the order would be processed soon. However, no shipment has taken place, and no reliable delivery date has been provided. While the responses have been polite, they have not resolved the issue. As a customer, I expect transparency, timely communication, and delivery within a reasonable timeframe. Unfortunately, my experience has not met those expectations. I have requested a full refund and am very disappointed with both the service and the overall handling of my order. Based on my personal experience, I would advise potential customers to be cautious before placing an order and to carefully consider the risk of long delays and unresolved customer service issues. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I will not be ordering from this shop again.

If I could give this company no stars, I would. I placed an order with them, and had not received shipping details or any type of status update a month later. I reached out requesting a refund on the unfulfilled order. They told me the item still wasn’t ready to be shipped and insisted I continue to wait, completely ignoring my refund request. Beware of this company. Appears to be a scam.

I ordered three products, and only after three weeks did I receive confirmation that my order had been shipped—from China. The delivery then took more than another week. One of the products was not even the item I had ordered (and the item I did receive was of very poor, low quality). The other two products were completely different in quality from what they appeared to be in the photos. The quality of the products is very low and cheap, and the fit is unattractive. Don't be fooled. The photos on the website are beautifully presented, but it's really just a marketing trick. The products you receive look nothing like them!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They don’t except returns! I spent £50 on a dress and the material is cheap no label and looks nothing like the picture. Iv had better clothes from shein. I have now lost £50
