The 2 items that I ordered arrived in a reasonable time and were well packed. I have today worn the dress for the first time and got several compliments on how lovely it was.

THIEVES Do not order anything from them! There policy for returns is: Please contact with our customer service to get a return/exchange authorization and return address within 30 days upon receipt. We don't accept the returned package without authorized from customer service. I have emailed customer service so many times and never get authorization. My dress cost EUR 38, someone finally emailed me that I can keep the dress and they offered USD 14 (EUR 10) for my troubles. Oh brother!

I ordered 2 dresses - I received items which did not fit correctly - very poor quality. I wanted to return items - was told they had to be returned to Dubai at my own cost- although they claim to have a UK warehouse. partial refund offered and told to keep the items. After two days of email arguments I have given up - the dresses will go to a charity shop. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - report them to Trading Standards

The fit of the dress is good, but it is a bit too long for me. Very warm material for winter wear.

I wanted to return it took me forever to be able to find the service website when I did I told them I wanted to return the dress they offered me five dollars just to keep the dress I told him I wanted the dress returned. Then they came back and offered me $10 and I could keep the dress I told them I wanted to return the dress then they came back and offered me $15 and I could keep the dress I finally gave up and said fine put the $15 In my account I will never use this company again, so please be aware before you do because they do not like to return items

All good. Lovely style. Fits great. Affordable.
