Dexter was very congenial and helped me with no questions asked. They were billing my credit card for something I did not order, but Dexter cancelled and credited my card back with no hassle and no aggressive sales tactic to keep me on their program. I really appreciated that.

The customer service lady I spoke with was helpful. She was able to cancel an account I did not know I had and refund multiple payments I did not authorize. However, I was being charged for months unknowingly for a subscription that I didn't know I had. I used their service for one search and apparently it subscribed me monthly without my knowing. Customer service, excellent. Transparency on website, terrible.
