I had a good experience with Court Records US, and their customer service was very prompt and professional. Rhea helped me on a call and she explained the entire process concerning my account and helped me with what I needed done, with email confirmation of what is happening regarding my account. As for what the site offers I think the site pulls up what is publicly available and it wasn’t hard to navigate, there wasn’t any pop-ups, or anything like that. It was pretty straightforward. I would recommend the site. Also if you are concerned with your privacy there is an email you could contact them via phone number for assistance.
