Do not use this company! When I went to pull a name of a person I need had court cases it said 4 were found. I paid the $3 to use the trial and all of a sudden there are now 0 cases. I was trying to be cheap and get info from this site rather than pay the courthouse for the basic court info. I instant emailed them to cancel the monthly subscription and refund the $3. I had to prove so much info for the refund, as far as examples on how it didn’t work. I had screenshots. They then replied and told me good news they found the cases. It wasn’t a case. It was basic name, address, etc. I emailed back demanding a refund and email confirmation for cancellation after reading their bad reviews. I told them I would file a claim with PayPal if they didn’t. I got the refund so I hope it actually is cancelled! They are a joke!

Googled public records could not even be found by CourtCaseFinder. Total waste of money and misrepresentation.

Don't trust this company. They charged me repeatedly for a monthly subscription I never authorized. I had to dispute my unauthorized charges with PayPal. This company is a fraud.

I have tried more than a few times to cancel yet they keep billing my card. This is totally wrong. A rip off I didn't even get the info I was needing to begin with.

Wish I would of came here first. Total rip off. I paid $3 for a “trial week” then after that it’s auto billing of $8.95 a month. This is my second attempt to try and cancel the trial to no avail. Issue number 2 is the person I was looking up, I knew had been incarcerated and common relative information. None of that was on the results!! “None” was most of the results. Completely unhelpful and a full on rip off. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!! Sure in the terms and conditions they cover their butt for instances like this, but for the lack of basic information, in todays technological world, it feels like a scam. False advertising.

RIPOFF SCAM! You pay $8.95 to receive LESS information than you can find on Google. That fee is supposed to be for unlimited lookups for one month. Then once they take that money and you get inside the site they want you to pay another $18 to read anything. I hate sites like this. And be careful if you do pay the $8.95 not to fall into their bill you monthly for NOTHING joke. HORRIBLE, AVOID!
