I've been doing payroll for over 30…
I've been doing payroll for over 30 years and there was a lot that was a refresher but much of the content I was unaware of the laws.

The information was a much needed…
The information was a much needed update to my knowledge. There were things mentioned that I was not aware of. Unfortunately, the presenter, while extremely knowledgeable and clear in his presentation but his delivery made me feel like a kindergartener. Maybe that is what is needed for this type of class but it was hard to stay engaged.

Continuing Education is changing
I'm new in my HR role. I'm finding that using AI is a massive part of the job now, at least in my company. I'm 39, so an older millennial. I signed up b/c I see the value in learning these skills. But to be completely honest, after the webinar I went on Youtube and found several free 15-25 minute videos by young kids who are growing up using this stuff. During the webinar I felt like I was learning that the AI capabilities exist and they can be used for cool things. During the Youtube videos, I actually learned tangible skills that I could implement immediately. I'm glad I got the CE credits, but it really seems like the CE model of old is becoming obsolete.

Not all topics covered
I was disappointed that not all topics listed on the Session Highlights on the website were covered, such as manage missing or incorrect TINs and handling CP-2100 notices and B notices. Other than that, all other topics were educational. Also, the screen sharing was not on for the first 30 min of the session. I could not follow when instructor was showing how to navigate the IRS website.
