I am going to blatantly honest
I am going to blatantly honest. I am not thrilled that I spent the money on this seminar. Due to budget cuts I was only able to take one seminar, and I thought this one would be the best. Based on the title of the seminar: The One Big Beautiful Bill (OBBB) is Now the Law. How Will It Impact the Workplace By Margie Faulk. I thought I would get relevant information and direction on what as an HR professional I would need to do. This seminar seemed more like a celebration of the OBBB then giving any true insight as to what we need to do. I found about 5 minutes of the session to have useful information for my position and ended up using other resources, not outlined in the presentation, to get me to a better understanding point of how to proceed.

Hey Chrissy, First of all, thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. We truly value your honest feedback. We are sorry to hear that the session did not meet your expectations, especially given the importance of this topic and the investment of both your time and budget. We understand how critical this session is for you, and we regret that the seminar did not provide what you were seeking. It let us down as well. Honestly, it's not you who is disappointed with this webinar. If it disappointed you, it means, perhaps, we were not able to deliver what we promised. But, at the same time, we are eager to improve. We deeply care about your satisfaction. We do not trade money. What matters most to us is that whatever course you choose, the session must provide you with what it promises. We have shared the review with our speaker as well. The class was something new for her, also. So, she might have missed a couple of points. We have taken notice of your input. We would be happy to connect you with additional resources and solutions that will help you. If you have any questions or want clarity or insight on the "OBBB Act", our support team will get in touch with you. You can email your question and get an answer. Please let me know if you would be open to receiving these. We sincerely appreciate your feedback. It allows us to learn, adapt, and ensure that future programs deliver the value our attendees expect and deserve.
