I just had amazing service from Ingrid T. Incredibly comprehensive info, we went back and forth to clarify some things and my questions were no trouble to her. Super happy.

First the presentation well presented a warm and inviting it was delivered easily to understand all of the questions I have for answered and some I didn't feel pressured it almost felt like I was being invited into a family in the genuinely sounded like that goal was my success, I'm excited about working with the team. I don't think I could say much more, with respect to the whole package because it is my true intention to give an honest evaluation maybe Midway through or when I've completed what is offered stay tuned I'm sure this one's a winner

I appreciate the checklist for going through the onboarding. Having Vic handle some backend items to make sure things are set up and explain the why.

Thank you, Pam! We're so glad the onboarding checklist was helpful and that Vic was able to walk you through the backend setup and explain the reasoning behind it all. That's exactly how we like to do things, not just getting you set up, but making sure you understand the why. Welcome aboard! 🎉

Victor was great during my onboarding call, and Ingrid has been a great cheerleader since I joined CC360. The tech support was so helpful, as I have very little knowledge of those processes.

Been using cc360 for four years now - most of the times it works magically - when it dosent or you need support - there is always a support chat near by. Can recommend it.

I was super excited to sign up and get started with my course, but the onboarding call wasn't very good, so I got frustrated and really discouraged. This was the only training I have found that had everything all in one I needed for my courses, so I was frustrated I couldn't get it figured out easily, and I definitely couldn't afford them doing it for me... Luckily, Stockton reached out after I posted my frustrations and asked what he could do to help, and I JUST finished with my second onboarding call with Tony! He did an amazing job, answered all the questions, and figured out why I was so frustrated, which was because I didn't have access to part of the website that allowed me to make sense of the training they were teaching!! He also went through the basics of what they do, which I am even more excited to get started again!! Just goes to show that sometimes sharing your frustration about something can guide you to getting the help you need for success! Thank you, Tony and Stockton! Jess B
