Hi Bonnie, Sorry to hear about your experience. Coupons.com is now under new ownership and management as of 2024, and we do not have access to records or promotions from before that transition. Because of this, older cases or rebate programs may not appear in our current system. For clarity, Coupons.com currently operates as a web-based platform only, and there is no mobile app under the current system.
