Just trying to get one coupon, on a coupon site. I signed up. I am logged in. Then they take you to another log in page with a completely different sign in and I don't even know what is is nor do I have an account. The sign in for their normal site does not work for the new sign in. Imagine you are a coupon website and no one can actually print the coupons. What a joke. Avoid at all costs if you have high blood pressure.

Hi Albert, We’re sorry to hear that your experience left you feeling this way. We understand how disappointing it is to see rewards advertised only to find that they aren’t available in your area, especially when you were hoping to get real value from them. Coupons.com is a free coupon and savings platform, and we don’t charge subscription fees or sell rewards. If you’re referring to a different rewards service, this review may have been posted on the wrong profile. If you’re referring to Coupons.com, we’d be happy to look into the rewards you encountered. You can reach us through the chatbox on our website or email us at [email protected]. The Coupons.com Team

I don't have a cellphone and don't intend to. The call to my landline never comes. Now I'm remembering why I stopped using this site months ago. GLTA.
Response from Coupons.comSep 8, 2026
Hi Phil, We’re sorry the verification call isn’t coming through to your landline. We understand that not everyone has or wants a cellphone, and you shouldn’t feel like you’re being left out because of that. We’ve seen similar verification issues before, and users have been able to get them resolved by reaching out to our team. If you’re willing to give us another try, please contact us through the chatbox at the bottom right of Coupons.com or email us at [email protected]. We’ll take a closer look and see what we can do to help. We’d really appreciate the chance to make this a better experience for you. The Coupons.com Team

I was having trouble trying to print the coupons. Contacting customer service was the next option. They were quick to answer with suggestions. It took a few emails to get the problem resolved, and they had the correct solution. Switching the browser worked perfectly. They were fantastic with customer service!

Can't print coupons. Used to use this site all the time. Will not verify my number properly on different browsers or my cell phone. No support email. Horrible.

Hi Jayne, We’re sorry the printing experience hasn’t been smooth, especially after using Coupons.com for so long. You can reach us through the chatbox at the bottom right of Coupons.com or email us at [email protected]. If you’re still having trouble, we’d be happy to take a closer look and help get you back to printing. The Coupons.com Team
Mary
I like your coupons but you never have items you can use at home like Laundry Detergent or Laundry Sanitizer or Lysol spray and more.. Also the stores have a hard time scanning your coupons.
Response from Coupons.comSep 4, 2026
Hi Mary, We’re glad you’re finding coupons you like! We also hear you on wanting more everyday household savings, especially for things like laundry detergent, laundry sanitizer, Lysol spray, and similar products. We’ve passed that along to our team so they know what types of offers shoppers are looking for. We’re also sorry to hear that some stores have had trouble scanning the coupons. Redemption can vary by store and register, but we know that doesn’t make it any less frustrating when you’re trying to use a coupon at checkout. Thanks for taking the time to share what you’d like to see more of. We’ll keep it in mind as we continue adding offers. The Coupons.com Team
