It was just a really good service to be honest

It was easy, and they were quick to respond to my custom order. The product arrived quickly and matched the sample provided beforehand.

For the price it was good, but not great. Fairly streamline process for customizing. Shipping was a little on the slow side.

Quality of the embroidery and hoodies is wonderful. They turned out better than I was expecting!

I was a bit worried about the legitimacy of the website but I went ahead and ordered a couple of t shirts that converted your own photos into custom embroidery. It turned out amazing, they not only sent me an email checking if the converted images and custom text were ok, but they were patient and accommodating when, over the next few emails, I asked to adjust the size of the images, the text content, and even the spacing and line placement of the text. The final product was perfect, embroidered as I wanted. My only tiny gripe is that the "ivory" shirt turned out more pale yellow than an ivory white, but that's not really a deal breaker and I'll likely just re order more shirts in the normal plain white. Great quality, great service.

I Ordered an embroidered hat of our dog back in the September timeframe. Almost half way through February, No hat, no refund, and a lot of gaslighting.

The merchandise is high quality and they don't just make your product. They receive your order and give you a chance to review it before the final product is made. This way there isn't a chance for any mistakes. A lot of care and consideration goes into your order.
