I Ordered an embroidered hat of our dog back in the September timeframe. Almost half way through February, No hat, no refund, and a lot of gaslighting.

This place is a scam!!! I placed an order for a pair of couples’ crewneck sweatshirts, spent $95. I received an email (from EMMA) regarding my order, where she suggested changes, then claimed to be confused when I asked for further clarification on what’s going on with my order. She has not been responding to my emails, nor has customer service. To add, there is no customer service number! I have no way of contacting anyone for a refund or status of my order. I am so upset and will never refer this company to anyone!

The customer service number is inactive. I emailed several times with still no response. I paid for expedited shipping and the tracking still shows my package in the warehouse 3 days later with no movement. Does anyone know if this is a legit company? I am still without product and out 105.00$.

They steal all their designs from all people. Complete copy right scam.

THIS WEBSITE IS FAKE. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered a hoodie a really long time ago, and still haven't received it. It's been almost a MONTH. I contacted customer support: no response. I even went and checked the tracking info directly from the postal office, and the status is still the same- that it's waiting for my package so that it could ship. I'm HIGHLY disappointed because I wasted nearly 50 bucks. GUYS PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
