I would not give them any stars. They are a horrible company that does not give any customer service. Your only option if you are not happy is to dispute the charge with your credit card company.

I cannot recommend this business. It took almost a month to receive our Couch Skins. I reached out to customer service several times, and I received AI generated responses. After numerous inquiries, I finally got a response that seemed to be from a human that said my order was shipped to the wrong city. I thought I was going to have to dispute the charge on my credit card. When my couch skins FINALLY arrived, they were in very thin clear plastic bags that were completely wrapped like a mummy in yellow tape. No box or actual packaging. Just tape! The tape had split open and one of the couch skins was spilling out and had gotten filthy. Also, the tape smelled absolutely horrible so all of the couch skins smelled like the tape. It was awful! I washed the couch skins several times before I could even stand to put them on the couch. Last but not least, the couch skins don’t cover the back of the cushion. So if your couch is not against the wall, it looks cheap. I do like the color and the fact that they don’t move around much on the cushions, but the negatives far outweigh the positives. I would not buy these again.

This brand is a scam. It is from China and items are just purchased on Alibaba for $3 and sell it 20 times more. The items will arrive like a ball covered in tape and it will arrive for almost 2 weeks as it is from China and not from the US. The Owners name is Baldeep\Bobby Bhathal. The ones in the customer service is not Alex but a bunch of Filipino’s who is overworking for him(working for 50hrs a week). How would I know? Cause I worked in this company for a while.

It will be a miracle if we ever see the well-advertised Couch Skins that have been stuck in shipping. We were so excited about receiving the cushion covers after paying for them with our hard-earned money. Unfortunately, it appears we have been scammed along with a host of other people. Though their website claims 5 stars, it couldn't be farther from the truth. If there was a negative star rating, they would receive it. Long wait for product to arrive as it must have gotten lost (i believe it ships from China). I am missing items in the delivery as well (they put all medium size pillow covers and I ordered large ones as well). This, coupled with high cost. One positive is that the product itself is soft and flexible. However, something is also wrong as their website reviews post a 5.0, and trustpilot has it lower. I suggest another solution, as now I need to dispute the transaction.

I never received the product. I received tracking and delivery confirmation that the product was delivered to a residence in Portland, OR under a different order number. I emailed your support over a week ago and have had no response. I will be reporting this as fraud and request my bank to cancel the payment. I will never recommend this product due to lack of support or caring. Make things right!
